    We hired Selene's crew for some LVP and carpet installation. They did a phenomenal job. The crew was prompt, professional, and finished the installation ahead of schedule. They left the house spotless after they were done and even went the extra mile to fix other things around the bedrooms they saw were broken even though it wasn't included in their scope of work. All with a price that beat every other quote I received. Highly recommend.

    MAS Home Improvements has done several remodeling jobs for us. They were recommended by a family member, and we have since referred them to several other friends and family. What keeps us going back? Prices, skill & attention to detail. Projects they have completed for us include refinishing wood floor, painting, laying new wood floors, building custom accent walls, building custom shelves, refinishing cabinets, refinishing railings and stair, installing brick walls, installing ceiling trim work, repairing damage caused by a leak, remodeling master shower, installing plumbing in concrete floor basement, putting rough ins for new bathroom, building custom bar, master bedroom remodel… They happily turned our very customized visions into reality and if ever there was an issue, they would be right back to fix it. They prioritize their work, attention to detail, and ensuring the job is not done until you are 100% happy. Having a general contractor running the team helps with communication and ensuring the customer is happy with the work. We have no reason to ever hire anyone else for anything home related— they can do it all. Thank you so Selene and Mauricio and all the rest of the crew for helping make our house a custom dream home!

    MAS is a reasonably priced, easy to work with contractor. We had a large double window install installed on a wall that did not have a window originally and we have them replace a door. Despite some hiccups with the window/door company ordering the wrong materials, Selene communicated every step of the way, squeezing us in on weekends when possible to get the work done. Any concerns or adjustments to work we requested was completed and the overall carpentry was very good. I saw another reviewer complaining about the organization of proposal. For anyone curious what this looks like, Selene sends screenshots of the prices on materials that she is given by her supplier, to be completely transparent. She then provides a contract for labor. So it’s not one long list laid out for you, but it is completely transparent, you just have to do a little math yourself. There were no hidden costs, and no price gouging. While I would prefer a cleaner proposal, I understand there are some limitations with a small business and I’m willing to forgo those because the pricing and the quality of work is so good. You will pay 50% of the labor and 50% of the materials upfront, then as the work goes on. You’ll continue to pay off the rest of the balance as necessary. Every job is different, so it’ll depend on the length of your particular job. This company prefers check, cash or Zelle for all payments. We will be doing work again in the future with this company hopefully soon! I cannot tell you how happy we are looking out the window and every time we open and close our front door. It changed our lives for the better not having the stress of a very dark space and do you have to fight.
